Opera 9.5 .. beautifully engineered

I'm a big fan of Firefox, since my friend Bo2Bo2 told me about it and it quickly became my default browser.Opera9

While the countdown started for the big release of Firefox 3 - check my post - Opera just released the new version Opera 9.5 and I decided to give it a try as am opened for all technology contributions that could help net people.

Here's my keynotes for Opera 9.5 1st takeoff:

  1. I must admit it that I'm really get impressed by the new interface - cause this is the 1st thing that I look for of course ;P - Opera did really a good job changing the interface to something neat and with more than one color theme you'll have your favorite color.Operascreen
  2. Loading pages was fast due to the new engine Opera started to use
  3. Lot of new added features arise in the application like adding notes to sites you visit, supporting widgets, and the quick find where you can search quickly using the Google Autosuggest feature in the address bar is great added value
  4. Spead Dial feature is a set of visual bookmarks you see when you open a new tab, like a dashboard for your online life
  5. Mouse Gestures: (alike Gmail Labs new feature) where you can navigate the Web with your mouse. A mouse gesture is performed while clicking and holding the right mouse button and moving the mouse in an easy pattern.
  6. Opera Link: where you can syncs your bookmarks and Speed Dial between your computers and mobile phone so you will be able to open your bookmarks from anywhere

I've already tested our sites and of course I found some bugs and errors which I'm not sure about yet, but what I'm really believe in is that I should start investigating and put a new plan to start supporting Opera. I believe that the browsers world's map is about to change sooner or later ... Stay cool ;)

PS @Nour: I think we have a lot of work to be done my friend, be prepared ;P
